TMS is looking for a sales manager to develop strategies to engage new publishers, qualify contacts, and cultivate relationships that enhance TMS’ position within the publisher community, leading to direct and incremental business.
Responsibilities
Contact dozens of publishers per week via email, phone, and video call and articulate probabilities of closure in Salesforce
Align business opportunities to establish strong and long-term partnerships, and maximize their available inventory and daily delivery needs
Facilitate initial integration support and monitor client’s satisfaction levels
Develop an understanding of client’s business, products, services, customer profile, marketing and business objectives, competitors, and sales
Keep abreast of all business and advertising technology advances in the marketplace
Conduct networking, business development, and sales at industry events
Work closely with Trust & Safety to qualify leads against policy criteria
Document in Salesforce (and other tools) details of the publisher, sale, and expectations, and handover properly to Customer Success on closing
Requirements
2-5 years of experience in sales in the digital media market (experience with the Google publisher ecosystem – big advantage)
In-depth understanding of programmatic advertising and technologies
Ability to build own lead pipeline
Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
Proven demonstration of successfully achieving sales goals
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fluent English (Native/Bilingual), other European languages a plus
