Publisher Customer Success Manager

Total Media Solutions is a publisher-first tech company. We’re here to make publishers’ lives easier. With our own proprietary sTag technology, we help publishers easily and flexibly manage their adtech complexity.

TMS is looking for a customer success manager (CSM) to own the relationship and ultimate success of a dedicated segment of TMS’ publishing clients, including initial onboarding, campaign execution, optimization, and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customer key stakeholders and executive sponsors to fully understand your customer’s business strategy and measurements for success
  • Continuously think outside the box to generate new ideas, tailored to the unique needs of your clients
  • Serve as a customer advocate internally while effectively collaborating with internal, cross-functional teams
  • Ensure that customers derive maximum value from their investments in TMS and fully leverage our entire suite of services
  • Convey publisher feedback internally with teams to inform new monetization opportunities, tailored to the changing needs of your clients.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of direct experience in account management or customer success (experience in a digital media company an advantage)
  • Understanding of the digital publisher ecosystem
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to project manage, set priorities and stay organized when managing multiple client relationships
  • Proactive and energetic attitude with the desire to be a key player on a results-oriented team
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for the adtech space and a healthy dose of humility
  • Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, Powerpoint and Google Slides
