TMS is looking for a customer success manager (CSM) to own the relationship and ultimate success of a dedicated segment of TMS’ publishing clients, including initial onboarding, campaign execution, optimization, and retention.
Responsibilities
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customer key stakeholders and executive sponsors to fully understand your customer’s business strategy and measurements for success
Continuously think outside the box to generate new ideas, tailored to the unique needs of your clients
Serve as a customer advocate internally while effectively collaborating with internal, cross-functional teams
Ensure that customers derive maximum value from their investments in TMS and fully leverage our entire suite of services
Convey publisher feedback internally with teams to inform new monetization opportunities, tailored to the changing needs of your clients.
Requirements
2+ years of direct experience in account management or customer success (experience in a digital media company an advantage)
Understanding of the digital publisher ecosystem
Detail-oriented with the ability to project manage, set priorities and stay organized when managing multiple client relationships
Proactive and energetic attitude with the desire to be a key player on a results-oriented team
Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for the adtech space and a healthy dose of humility
Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, Powerpoint and Google Slides
