TMS is looking for a marketing operations specialist – someone who knows what makes people click, understands the numbers, and can merge the two. We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of our marketing automation funnel with the goal of driving new leads and nurturing those already in the pipe. You don’t need to be a maven or a rockstar, but you need to have a passion for data and a drive to excel (pun intended).
Own all our organic lead generation activities/B2B growth hacking – from strategy, concept, and ideation, to activation and optimization.
Own all marketing tools; be responsible for improving and optimizing our processes to support business growth.
Build and run marketing and lead generation and nurturing programs and automation flows, and drive successful marketing campaigns, including webinars, email marketing, landing page maintenance, and more.
Collaborate with PR, content, lead gen, and SEO professionals to help facilitate and drive our marketing strategy and plans.
Manage, maintain, and optimize our marketing automation platform (Hubspot)
Process incoming data (leads) from multiple sources: forms, campaigns, online and offline events and ensure its correct sync into Salesforce and Hubspot.
Ensure all leads are followed up by relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
Work closely with stakeholders from different units within the sales and marketing org (content, sales, and customer success) to support new business, retention, and expansion campaign requirements
Analyze and report campaign performance to relevant stakeholders
2+ years working in a B2B marketing environment
2+ years working with Salesforce and HubSpot
Working knowledge of Hubspot – including building the process and strategy, managing marketing programs, smart campaigns and automation flows
Salesforce – understanding of Salesforce architecture, objects relations, and the way data flows between Salesforce and Hubspot
Email marketing experience is a must: best practices, benchmarks, but also understand what works and how to communicate to your audience at scale
