Growth Marketing Manager

TMS is looking for an experienced and scrappy Growth Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will love everything data-related – cleaning, organizing, collecting, and making the most of it, all with the goal of lead generation and nurturing. Responsibilities
- Take ownership of Hubspot – cleaning data, managing data quality, creating, managing, and optimizing automations and new workflows; suggest new ideas, best practices, and strategies for lead generation and nurturing.
- Own the lead lifecycle management. Lead the execution, maintenance, and continuous improvement of processes to optimize lead flow through the funnel.
- Assume responsibility for the company’s marketing tech stack, including Salesforce/Hubspot integration, website management, and new vendors.
- Manage all performance marketing channels – work closely with sales to ensure all workflows are aligned, including campaigns, funnel optimization, and timely lead follow-up, so that we can be as efficient as possible, competitive, profitable, and accountable.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years experience in a growth marketing role, ideally with an adtech
- Hubspot expert.
- Analytic and technical mindset.
- Self-starter, highly motivated, and a natural problem solver.
- Ability to work in a team, manage processes, and work cross-department.
- Excellent written and spoken English (native speaker an advantage)
