Business Development Manager, Publisher Sales

Total Media Solutions is hiring a Business Development Manager for Publisher Sales:

Job description and responsibilities: 

  • Develop strategies to engage new Supply partners, qualify contacts and cultivate relationships that enhance Total Media Solutions’ position within the publisher community, leading to direct and incremental business
  • Contact dozens of publishers per week via email, phone and Skype and articulate probabilities of closure in SalesForce
  • Align business opportunities to establish strong and long-term partnerships, and maximize their available inventory and daily delivery needs
  • Facilitate initial integration support and monitor client’s satisfaction levels
  • Develop an understanding of client’s business, products, services, customer profile, marketing and business objectives, competitors, and sales
  • Keep abreast of all business and advertising technology advances in the marketplace
  • Participate in industry events.

 

Required: 

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales in the digital media market (experience with Google Ad Manager and Open Bidding – big advantage) 
  • In-depth understanding of programmatic advertising and technologies
  • Ability to build own lead pipeline 
  • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
  • Proven demonstration of successfully achieving sales goals 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent English (Native/Bilingual), other European languages a plus
  • Availability for travel
