Billing and Customer Analyst

Total Media Solutions is a publisher-first tech company based in Ramat Gan. We’re here to make publishers’ lives easier. With our own proprietary sTag technology, we help publishers easily and flexibly manage their adtech complexity.

We are expanding our finance team and are looking for a Billing and Customer Analyst to oversee all financial processes related to our customers worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Managing the monthly billing and communicating with customers worldwide
• Managing the account receivables and collection
• Ongoing communication with internal teams to collect operational data and prepare monthly financial reports
• Ongoing auditing of reports received by the company’s partners

Requirements

• Economist/bookkeeper type 2-3
• Experience as a bookkeeper in a multi-currency environment
• Experience in billing and collection processes
• Analytical and quantitative skills
• Organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills with both internal teams and external clients and partners
• Proficiency and experience in Excel at the level of PIVOT/VLOOKUP formulas
• Strong service-oriented attitude in dealing with customers in Israel and abroad
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• Time management skills
• English at a high level (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Familiarity and experience in working with CRM platforms (Salesforce) and financial systems – an advantage
