The Account Manager is a platform advisor role to enable TMS clients and internal teams to maximize their technology investments. You will be responsible for driving fast and sustainable growth in TMS’ Buyside products, Google Marketing Platform (GMP), and services.
Pre-sales: Interact with country sales team and prospective clients to interpret and evaluate business objectives and requirements, and propose technology solutions using GMP. Support the requirements gathering and design of solution/technical specification to solve the customer’s needs.
Onboarding: Quickly and successfully onboard clients. This can include but is not limited to training coordination or delivery, pixel generation, implementation support and QA, and campaign setup.
Ongoing communication and maintenance: Be the primary POC for clients dealing with their questions and issues, escalating internally when necessary.
Upselling: Identify opportunities for up- and cross-selling and work with the in-country sales team to activate them.
Account Managers can potentially be involved with additional projects and initiatives depending on their special skills and interests and TMS’s requirements. These projects may come from customers or be internal projects.
Experience with Buyside advertising technologies (intimate knowledge of following TLAs: DSP, DMP, RTB).
Experience in digital platform management, media management, or campaign management.
Experience with/knowledge of Google Marketing Platform.
Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and passionately, both verbally and in writing.
Ability to quickly learn and master new tools.
Excellent organization skills and comfortable with multi-tasking in a high-pressured environment
