Technical Support Manager

The crux of our success is our customers receiving tremendous value from our solutions and service. As such, we need a Support Manager to support our clients, answer their platform questions, check their implementations, troubleshoot and maybe even psychological guidance.

Requirements:

  • Languages; English and Hebrew – High Level or mother tongue (Russian advantageous)
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Technical Account Manager/Support role
  • Experience within the DoubleClick (now GAM/GMP) environment
  • High communication skills (verbal and written), comfortable with talking to both business and technical individuals at all levels.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Creative problem solving
  • Positive work ethic, ambitious and passionate attitude
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and perform effectively under pressure
  • Technical level
    • Extensive knowledge of; HTML, CSS, flash, JavaScript
    • Ad Server experience knowledge (a plus)

Responsibilities:

  • Client support via phone and email
  • Managing the support Queue in Salesforce
  • Supporting Account Management and Sales teams to grow accounts through excellent service and close working relationships
  • Provide support to internal teams on all TotalMedia Advertising Technology platforms
  • Contribute content to internal and external Knowledge Base
  • Monthly reporting
  • Custom projects

AdOps Manager

  • Working with sales to transition clients from signing to onboardingImplementing clients within various platforms

  • Liaising with clients throughout the whole onboarding and optimization process

Integration Developer

These tools vary from:

  • Automated centralized reporting from various sources.
  • Connecting two platforms together via their APIs.
  • Creating apps for internal teams to write into various platforms

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

  • CS college qualification or equivalent
  • Proven experience building web apps/middleware and tools
  • Proven experience integrating platforms
  • Experience authenticating using OAuth
  • Experience working with APIs and cURL
  • Experience in building ETLs and automated reporting
  • Knowledge of various software technologies, methodologies and applied software engineering practices/standards
  • Deep understanding of Cloud technology platforms; GCS (**preferred), AWS
  • Deep understanding of the current state of the art for infrastructure automation, continuous integration/deployment, SQL/NoSQL/NewSQL, networking, and cloud-based delivery models.
  • Passion to learn often with little tutoring
  • Good friends with JSON, Python

Video Campaign Analyst (Night Shift)

As a night shift video campaign analyst, you will work closely with our programmatic day team. You will be doing ongoing data analysis and campaigns optimization while maximizing ROI goals & reaching the company’s targets and strategies.  The job requires high proficiency in campaign management, optimization tactics & data analysis.  Furthermore, the ideal candidate will initiate fresh ideas and discover new opportunities based on data analysis.
