Video Campaign Analyst (Night Shift)

As a night shift video campaign analyst, you will work closely with our programmatic day team. You will be doing ongoing data analysis and campaigns optimization while maximizing ROI goals & reaching the company’s targets and strategies.  The job requires high proficiency in campaign management, optimization tactics & data analysis.  Furthermore, the ideal candidate will initiate fresh ideas and discover new opportunities based on data analysis.

Work Hours – Night Shift (Israel)

Responsibilities of the Video Campaign Analyst include, but are not limited to:

PPC Manager

Role and Responsibilities of the PPC Manager:

Responsibilities of the PPC Manager include, but are not limited to:

  • Day to day management and optimization of (PPC) on Google and DoubleClick Bid Manager (DBM) in addition to Yandex (Russian) – A must
  • Analyze performance data and provide appropriate action plans based on conclusions
  • Work closely with marketing, sales and analytics teams to communicate campaign strategy, progress and results
  • Explore opportunities and facilitate campaigns through all available marketing channels (e.g. PPC, SEO, display, email and social media) with particular emphasis on innovative initiatives

 

Requirements:

  • Mother tongue English (must) and/or Russian with superior writing and editing skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field
  • 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing account management ideally
  • In-depth knowledge of the technologies and processes involved in running Search Media campaigns (particularly Google Analytics and other web analytics packages).
  • Google AdWords and Analytics Certification
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Strong ability to effectively prepare and present high-quality summaries of work
  • Ability to link company goals into PPC goals in order to achieve purpose and linkage
  • Attention to details and excellent time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, particularly influencing and listening skills

The Director of Video Ad Ops’s Responsibilities:

Responsibilities of the Director of Ad Ops include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage the internal ad ops team by overseeing the scheduling, production and implementation across all platforms to ensure timely and accurate implementation and production.
  • Work closely with Sales, Account Management, our 3rd party partners and agencies to ensure smooth delivery of assets and media, meeting and surpassing our client’s expectations.
  • Review dashboards and reports and make informed, rapid changes to efficiently increase the performance of the video activity
  • Prepare reports and deliver insights at launch, during video projects.
  • Advise/consult with internal departments regarding targeting, availability of inventory and activity performance
  • Analyze data, prepare recommendations and perform periodic optimizations to ensure the video activity success rate
  • Troubleshoot various technical problems, developing solutions and documenting internal procedures, policies and tutorials.
  • Conduct regularly scheduled meetings to review the progress of the activity, and resolve issues as needed

 

Requirements:

  • BA/BS equivalent degree
  • Five plus years’ experience working in digital ad operations in digital publisher or agency environment.
  • Two years managing a team or Ad Ops function including monitoring and managing the video operation team, managing ad inventory, and working on ad serving systems (LKQD, Aniview, AOL, Spotx – advantage)
  • Comfortable making decisions and executing tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and to effectively set priorities
  • Experience in troubleshooting ad serving technical issues, such as delivery investigation and third-party media issues.
  • Outstanding leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles, audience targeting selection methods and data collection methods, and terminology
  • Moderate to advanced skills in Excel, database and reporting (advantage)
  • Possess a “Can-do” problem-solving attitude working with minimal resources when necessary
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
  • Ability to absorb complex technical concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience.
  • Results-driven professional with a passion for performance and desire to stay on top of industry and technical trends
