The BuySide Lead is a key platform advisor and team lead role to enable Total Media clients to optimize their technology investments. Responsible for driving fast and sustainable growth in Total Media BuySide products; Google Marketing Platform (GMP) and services.
The overall role can be summarized (but not limited) to the below:
Solution Definition: Interact with clients’ various stakeholders to interpret and evaluate business objectives, requirements, and propose technology solutions using DDM. Support the requirements gathering and design of solution/technical specification to solve a customer’s needs.
Solution Delivery: Deliver training to clients, establish and communicate best practices, ensure clients understand the full platforms and features and are using the technology in an optimal way for their business.
Technical and Consultative Sales Expertise: Partner with Sales and Account Managers to give demonstrations, assist on RFP responses, and provide technical know-how and expertise. Assist in proactively identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities within the pipeline and existing client base.
Identify Upsell or New Market Opportunities: Identify and drive with Sales upsell opportunities for new features, functionality or Service engagements. Partner with account management teams to drive product adoption and increased platform spend. Gather market trends and intelligence for platform extension, APIs integrations.
Spend Monitoring and Reporting: Manage the spend monitoring of all our BuySide clients to ensure correct and effective budget management.
Service leads can potentially be involved with additional projects and initiatives depending on her/his special skills and interests, and organizational requirements. These projects may come from TotalMedia customers, or they may be internal TotalMedia projects.
- 3+ years of experience with BuySide Advertising technologies (intimate knowledge of following TLA’s: DSP, DMP, RTB, BLT).
- 3+ years of experience in platform management, media management or campaign management.
- Experience in Google Marketing Platform (formerly DCM/DBM).
- Experience and deep understanding of attribution modeling.
- Ability to interpret and communicate both qualitatively and quantitatively.
- Ability to communicate clearly, professionally and passionately, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability and desire to survive and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven business environment prone to continuous flux.
- Ability to quickly learn and master new tools.
- Excellent organization skills and comfortable with multi-tasking in a high-pressured environment prone to flux.
- Strong conceptual and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive working independently an in teams.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Experience as a team leader.
- English and Hebrew to mother tongue standard (Russian a distinct advantage).
Nice to haves:
- BA/BS degree, or equivalent experience, in similar discipline.
- Prior experience translating business requirements and objectives to be enabled by technology solutions.
- Prior experience working collaboratively and prioritize accordingly with many stakeholders in a team environment, in which priority and resource trade-offs are often necessary.
